Database Editor

User databases are MS Access 2000 and can be viewed and edited with our integrated database editor. External MS Access 2000 databases can also be manipulated.

International considerations

Any decimal currency can be used. User sets decimal point and formats. Automatically adjusts to your Windows Regional Settings. Multiple languages. EURO (dual-currency) compatible.

Item Selection

3 modes: Touch screen (mouse-clickable), Inventory list (including barcode scanning) , Barcode scanner. Touch screen items sorted into up to 40 groups. Set Delay to zero for fast, smooth automatic operation. Spreadsheet-like grids to view transactions. Includes pictures (images) on Touch screen buttons, colored Touch screen buttons (requires MS Office). Large Touch screen color button option.

Transaction Manager

(Optional) Allows many transactions to be processed simultaneously and optionally accessible from any networked computer. Allows busy shops and restaurants etc to track transactions for many customers; closing the sales in any order at any time. Preserves incomplete transactions after closing SabrePoint.

(Optional) SabrePoint POS is shipped with SP Barcode, and ActiveX program which generates and prints popular codes without special barcode fonts. Links to the inventory database to provide full label writing functions for your products.

POS Printing

Roll-printing and A4/Letter, Optionally use built-in user-definable letterhead and footer details, Selectable number of print copies. User-definable fonts, User customises output for single tax, dual tax, dual currency, formats and content. Print item pictures on receipts and invoices. SP Utility

SP Utility backs up all your data and settings simply. Also used to Restore (after computer crash), Compact or Repair your databases. Use SP Utility to simply and seamlessly upgrade to the latest version of SabrePoint. SP Utility includes WebUpdate to allow quick and easy upgrading from the Web. Also allows import/export of CSV files from/to other programs such as spreadsheets, databases, accounting programs.
