So What is 33BUZ?
33BUZ is a simple and easy way to convert your potential
customers to satisfied customers.
How does it work?
33BUZ is a sms short code that is easy to remember. A potential
customer will sms your company name to “33BUZ”
they will in return get your company details and any specials
or additional info. 33BUZ will also email their cell number
and any questions or queries that they may have to an email
address you supplied.
How will this improve customer service?
Well for a start the customer will not get an engaged signal,
nor will they be kept on hold waiting for a sales person,
or arrive at the wrong department only to be put on hold
again while waiting for the correct sales person to be located,
to then be put on hold again while the sales person checks
for stock availability and what colours are in stock. With
a simple sms to 33BUZ they will get a return sms with your
company details for their records and a return call from
the correct department with the knowledge of the product.
Example: A customer wants more info on a MINIQUAD from the
company SCALEMOTO. This they probably saw on a Scalemoto
van driving past. With an easy to remember number such as
33BUZ they sms “SCALEMOTO QUAD” and within a
few seconds receive a return SMS with a reply. E.g “Thank
you for your sms our contact details are 011 555 5555 expect
a call soon from our sales team.

inquiries and the opportunity to prepare correct information
before hand of what the customer is looking for. Return

NO. 33BUZ will remain the same anywhere in South Africa.
What are the costs involved?
There will be a once off payment of R180 setup fee. Thereafter
a R220 yearly fee.
Any Specials?
Yes for this year eFons Mobile Solutions will subsidise
the yearly fee until End December that means that the only
cost will be R180 admin Fee.
